Cheh past Ltd. held the traditional annual seminar for its employees

Mr. Rumen Ivanov,  Hörmann Bulgaria Ltd. representative introduced to us the new developments in product mix, promotion of garage doors. He has paid due attention to the features of the installation and measurement of the doors.
Of questions, Mr. Ivanov answered competently and illustrated  some features on the multimedia used by the speakers for their presentations.

Mr. Plamen Koruev representative of the German company WINKHAUS showed usand explained in details the advantages of the new generation of yhe hardware "aktivPilot", which from June to the end of the year will replace the old. Employeesof Cheh-plast not only saw the slides of technological innovations "aktivPilot"but have looked through the individual elements of the hardware atan already installed sample window brought by Mr. Koruev for his presentation.
Interested in the  new hardware, the production staff asked questions relating to layingthe new hardware and the fitters were interested in adjustment and the range ofvariations that takes the"aktivPilot" on form deviations suring the operation.

The third lecture been presented by Mr. Asen Antonov - constructor in a company HIL AD. Itwent more unconventional, such as conversation and discussion on the new profile systemsAlumil and on those not so new, but recently used in Cheh plast on the orders for France, Greece and Belgium. From the new systems of Alumil Mr. Antonov spoke mainly on the established recently in Greece M20000, which is designed to be used only with a hardware for PVC, for the opening elements.
Long discussed were the drainage systems for sliding S400 and S450, and the system lift and slide M300, as Mr. Ivan Dimitrov the owner of "HIL" AD have recorded some questions that he will make to the constructive division of  Alumil plant, because they are in the competence of the systems founders.

The discussions and the questions to the lecturers continued in an informal environment with a glass of wine and appetizers, which were provided for the one-hour lunch break.

The afternoon seminar was part of an original statement of the Cheh plast employees who had visited exhibitions, conferences and seminars within the country and abroad. With photos and promotional material from the largest specialized exhibition of windows and doors - Fensterbau Frontale 2012. Eng. Iskren Neshev and Mr. Yoto Yotov introduced us in the innovations and the atmosphere of the exhibition. Their trip was organized by REHAU Bulgaria Ltd. The gentlemen introduced the system of forced ventilation recovery systems built into the frame of the window, and then they had "walked us among" the stands they were impressed on.

Last was the presentation of Eng. Dimitar Ivanov, who provided additional information to what been shared by Mr. Yotov and Neshev with his impressions of Fensterbau Frontale 2012, held in March in Nuremberg - Germany.      From images of sites assembled by our new Belgian partner Beliprof, employees of Cheh plast been directed to the characteristics, quality and specificity of the joineries and their installation in Belgium. Then we discussed the montages and the production for the French market and at the end we had discussed the gaps identified and the mistakes found during the processes of the production and installation. The latter is extremely important to improve the quality of the production and assembly, which is essential for the export orientation of the company.
